1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of LeadTorque, provided by Bear North Digital LLC.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, users, and compliance with law, including messaging/calling regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM).

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly per current pricing. Software tiers have no long-term lock-in.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, abusive, or spam activity. We may suspend accounts that create deliverability or legal risk.

5. Data

You own your data. We process it per our Privacy Policy.

6. Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is.” Liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
