Northland Air is named and built in memory of Thomas Joseph Higgins, TJ, Kris's youngest brother, who we lost at 29. The bear you see on our trucks and our shirts is him: steady, warm, a little bit of a jokester, and always the first one to show up when a neighbor needed a hand.
That is the standard we hold every call to. Kris Higgins runs Northland Air, alongside a crew of licensed technicians, the way TJ would have wanted it run: honest work, fair prices, and treating your home like it belongs to family.
In practice, that means a few specific things, not just a feeling. It means a flat price you hear before any work starts, not after. It means showing up when we say we will, and answering a real Duluth phone number even at two in the morning when your furnace quits in January.
