A proper window wash covers more than the glass. Screens come out and get washed separately, tracks get cleared of the dirt and dead bugs that collect there year-round, and frames and sills get wiped down before the panes ever see a squeegee. Skip any of that and the glass can look clean while everything around it still looks tired.

The streaks people usually blame on technique are often a water problem. A lot of homes in and around Lapel are on well water, which carries more dissolved minerals than city water and can dry into faint spotting on glass no matter how carefully it's squeegeed. We offer a purified or deionized water setup specifically for that, since mineral-free water sheets off and dries completely clear.

Spring, when pollen leaves a fine yellow film on everything, and fall, before holiday hosting season, are the two most requested times for window washing here. Most customers pair it with a house soft wash since the crew and ladders are already set up, though it's available as a standalone visit too.
