Advantage Design + Remodel was founded in 2009 by brothers-in-law Greg Wade and Andy Schafer. They married two sisters, live next door to each other, and each built the home his family lives in. That is the standard your project gets.

Greg's background brings extensive knowledge of custom cabinetry and high-end woodworking. With a flair for design and an eye for detail, he leads the creative side of every project, from complete kitchen overhauls to single-room refreshes.
Andy's experience in project management and carpentry makes him the perfect person to oversee the finer details. He coordinates our trusted trade partners so your project comes together seamlessly, with as few hiccups as possible.
Both families have been in the remodeling business in the Milwaukee region for generations. Years of informal collaboration became a firm with one goal: deliver only the best in materials and workmanship.

Once design and budget are locked, our crew gets to work with daily cleanup, HEPA dust control, and a dedicated project lead who keeps you in the loop.
