Ground you can build on
Building pads, basements, garage preps, and grading across Douglas County and the Twin Ports. Dug to spec, drained right, and ready for the crew behind us.
Tell us where the project is. Joe walks the site before quoting, so the number you get is real.

A foundation is only as good as the hole it sits in. We handle everything the dirt touches, so your builder shows up to a site that is ready.
We work off your plan and confirm grades before a bucket touches dirt.
Trees, brush, and stumps out; topsoil stripped and saved for final grade.
Pads, basements, and trenches cut to depth with the right machine for access.
The right fill, placed in lifts and compacted, so nothing settles later.
Culverts, swales, and water line trenching planned with the site, not after it.
Clean backfill and a finish grade that sheds water away from the build.
Tell us what you are building and where.
Access, soil, drainage, and grades checked in person.
One clear number for the scope we walked.
Machines show up when we said they would.

Get us out as soon as you have a plan, even a rough one. Spring digs book up the fastest once frost is out. Walking the site early also catches access and drainage problems while they are still cheap to solve.
Yes, if it is done right. Clay holds water and moves with frost, so we cut to solid ground, use the right fill, and compact in lifts instead of dumping and hoping. That is the difference between a pad that lasts and a callback.
We work off your builder's plan directly and time the dig, backfill, and grading around their schedule. One call sets it up; you do not need to play messenger.
That is part of the job. We clear trees and brush, pull stumps, and handle demolition haul-off with our own trucks, then move straight into the dig without waiting on another contractor.
Send the location and what you are planning. Joe will call back, set a time to look at it, and give you a straight number. No pressure, no sales script.
