What whole-home mold remediation includes
Treatment for the mold you found and the mold behind it. Before anything is fogged, the water gets found and corrected, because treating a room while the leak that fed it is still running is theatre. Then containment goes up, and the five step dry fog process runs: HEPA vacuum, hygienic damp wipe, SPOR-KLENZ cold sterilant fog, a second HEPA vacuum, and a GOLDSHIELD protective fog against regrowth.
The fog reaches wall cavities, attics and crawlspaces a spray bottle never will, which is why the plaster stays on the wall in the large majority of jobs. There are honest exceptions. Saturated material, structural rot, or an active leak behind the wall still has to come out, and you hear that at the inspection rather than after the invoice.

Most treatments run a few hours and most homes are back in use the same day. Larger properties, and jobs that need drying time before treatment makes sense, take longer. You get a real timeline at the free inspection, based on what was measured rather than a generic range.
In the large majority of jobs, no; reaching closed cavities without opening them is the reason the dry fog system exists. Saturated material, structural rot, or an active leak behind a wall are the honest exceptions, and if one applies to your house you hear it at the inspection.
We do not publish a price, because the honest one depends on the property. What we can tell you is the shape of the invoice: a dry fog job carries remediation and not the construction project a tear-out creates. The on-site inspection is free, and the number comes after somebody has walked the house.
