Company 91. Built to compete.

Our audition-based competitive team, named for the year it all began. Elite coaching, regional and national competition, and a bond that lasts far beyond the final music. Real accountability, and a team that shows up for one another.

What the team actually asks

Serious, and still kind.

Company 91 is the most demanding thing we offer, and it is still Sterling Silver. The standard is high. The way we talk to dancers is not.

Team members train year-round, commit to a summer schedule, and travel to regional competitions with a shot at nationals for qualifying routines. It costs real money and real weekends, and we will be straight with you about both before you commit.

What it gives back is harder to price. Dancers learn to be corrected in public and come back sharper. They learn that the team result depends on the person next to them. Those habits outlast every trophy in the case.

Audition to floor

Auditions are open to Sterling Silver dancers and to dancers from other studios. You do not need to train here first.

01

Come to the audition

Held each spring

An audition class, not a performance. Dancers learn a combination, take corrections and show us how they take direction. We are watching coachability as much as technique.

02

Placement, not a verdict

Within two weeks

Every dancer who auditions hears from us directly. Dancers not placed this year get specific, usable notes on what to build before the next one.

03

Summer training

June through August

Technique intensives and choreography camp. This is where the season is actually built, long before the first competition floor.

04

The season

Autumn through spring

Year-round training, regional competitions, and for qualifying routines, nationals. Plus the recital, because Company dancers perform at home too.

What it actually costs you

  • Multiple technique classes each week, plus routine rehearsals
  • A summer training block, which is not optional
  • Competition weekends, several across the season, most within driving distance
  • Nationals only for routines that qualify, and only if the family chooses to go

Tuition, costume and competition fees are laid out in writing before you accept a spot. No surprise invoices mid-season. Ask us for the full sheet at the audition.

Sterling Silver offers a safe and accepting place for my son to be his authentic self while doing what he loves. The coaches have been amazing and patient when he has needed a sensory break or an adapted way of learning a skill.
