Why Work Here

Read Our Reviews Before You Read This Page

Go and look at what customers write about us, then notice something: they name the technician. Sean installed a washer and dryer. Estevan did a bathroom, then came back for a different customer's projects. Cesar diagnosed a problem and fixed it in one visit.

That happens when the person who shows up does the work, explains it, and owns the outcome. It does not happen when a dispatcher sends whoever is free, or when the job gets subcontracted to a crew nobody has met. We do not subcontract, which is why the people on our vans get their names written down by strangers.

If you take pride in your work and want it attached to your name rather than absorbed into a company's, this is a good place to do that.

  • Family-owned, not a private-equity roll-up
  • Our own licensed technicians, no subcontracting
  • Residential and commercial work across San Diego County

The Job Itself

What The Work Actually Looks Like

Written plainly, because a careers page that oversells gets applications from people who leave in a month.

Your Name On The Job

You meet the customer, diagnose it, explain it and do it. Nobody hands you a ticket with the answer already filled in, and nobody takes credit for your work afterwards.

Real Range Of Work

Drains, sewer lines, water heaters, gas, repipes, leak detection, commercial kitchens. If you want to stay sharp across the trade rather than doing one thing forever, that is available here.

Residential And Commercial

Homes across the county and commercial kitchens, property management and multi-unit buildings. Different problems, different pace, same standard.

Apprentices Welcome

We hire licensed plumbers and apprentices both. If you are early in the trade and willing to learn properly, say so on the form rather than assuming you are underqualified.

Licensed And Above Board

Permits pulled, work inspected, gas pressure tested. Nobody here is asked to cut a corner that puts their license or a customer at risk.

Across San Diego County

Oceanside to Chula Vista. You will not spend your career in one zip code, and the drive is paid attention to when routing.

Questions Applicants Ask

Do I need to be licensed to apply?
No. We hire licensed plumbers and apprentices both. If you are early in the trade and serious about learning it properly, say so on the form. Tell us honestly where you are rather than guessing what we want to hear.
What kind of experience matters most?
Diagnostic thinking and the willingness to explain it to a customer. Plenty of people can install a part. Fewer can work out which part actually failed and say why in a way a homeowner understands, and that is what we are short of.
Is there on-call work?
Yes. We run 24/7 emergency service, so there is a rotation and it is genuine work rather than a formality. It is better to know that before applying than to find out afterwards.
Where would I be working?
Across San Diego County, from Oceanside down to Chula Vista, residential and commercial both. Routing takes travel into account, but this is not a one-neighborhood job.
How do I apply?
Send the form below with your background and what you are looking for. If you have a license number, include it. If you do not, tell us where you are in the trade instead.
