What We Collect, And What We Do Not
The only information this site asks for is what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, the city you are in, and the service you need. There is no other form on the site.
We use it for one thing, which is contacting you about the job you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the company for marketing.
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts.
It does load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser for those font files. That is the only third party involved in serving this page.
Links to Facebook, Instagram and Google are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that company’s own privacy policy applies, not this one.
If you call, we keep the number so we can call you back and so the technician knows who they are visiting. Job records are kept as business records in the normal way.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (858) 326-2860 or using the contact page. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA; we will honor a request made under it the same way.
If you would rather not submit anything online, call instead. Nothing on this site requires a form.
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it. Anything added later, such as call tracking or website analytics, will be described here before it is used.
