Performed electronic leak detection and found the leak source under the concrete slab between the stairs and the southeast exterior corner wall of unit 103. A half-inch recirculating copper line, approximately twelve inches under the concrete slab. Repairs were made by saw cutting and jackhammering the concrete slab to reach it.
