Garage Door Service Areas in the Brazos Valley
Where We Work, and What It Costs to Get Us There.
We are based in College Station and we travel. How far we go changes the service call fee, so we publish it by zone instead of working it into the repair price where you cannot see it.

Covers the initial diagnosis and inspection.
The service call covers diagnosis and a full inspection. The repair is quoted separately in writing before any work starts. Estimates on new doors are free everywhere we work. Plus TX sales tax.

Bryan and College Station
The two cities are where most of our work is and where we can most often get to you the same day. They are also genuinely different jobs. Bryan has the older housing stock, which means more original doors, more extension springs and more detached garages. College Station skews newer, with attached two-car garages, torsion springs and a large rental market that turns over every August.
Both sit in the $85 zone, and both get the same technicians.
Brazos County and the Surrounding Towns
We travel out of the cities regularly. These are the practical details worth knowing before you call.
Brazos County, outside city limits
Anything outside the Bryan and College Station city limits sits in the $135 zone. Same technicians, same pricing on parts.
Up to 20 miles beyond the county
The $185 zone. Worth asking about, because plenty of addresses people assume are too far are not.
Rural properties and acreage
Detached shops and barn doors are common out here, and they are often bigger and heavier than a house door.
Commercial and light industrial
Overhead doors on shops and warehouses, where cycle rating matters far more than appearance.
New construction across the valley
We work with builders throughout the area, not only inside the cities.
Not sure where you fall?
Call and give us the address. It takes ten seconds and we would rather tell you than have you guess.

Service Area FAQs
Bryan, College Station, the rest of Brazos County, and up to 20 miles beyond the county line. The service call fee changes by zone: $85 inside the two cities, $135 in the county outside city limits, $185 for outside counties up to 20 miles.
Yes, and we publish exactly how much rather than burying it. The zone fee is the only thing that changes. Parts and labour are priced the same wherever you are.
Often, but it depends how the day is routed. Same-day is most reliable inside Bryan and College Station. Call and we will tell you honestly rather than promise a slot.
Yes, residential and commercial, across the whole service area. Commercial overhead doors need heavier hardware and higher cycle springs, which we specify accordingly.
Ask. The 20 mile figure is a guideline rather than a wall, and it is worth a phone call.
