You should not have to buy a website.

The $8,000 website project is how agencies make payroll, not how contractors get customers. We stopped selling websites years ago: a custom build is included in every plan, because the site is the machine the whole system runs through, not a product to be quoted.

The model

We do not sell websites anymore.

The project model is broken for contractors: a big invoice, a launch party, and then a site that slowly goes stale while the agency moves on. Ours works differently.

And because the site is included rather than sold, the incentives finally point the right way: we are not paid to launch and leave, we are paid monthly to keep the thing producing. The site gets faster, deeper, and better-proofed every quarter you stay, which is exactly how an asset is supposed to behave.

Deal 01

Included, not quoted

Every plan comes with a custom build. No $8,000 project invoice, no scope negotiations, no change-order games.

Deal 02

You own it from day one

Your domain, your WordPress install, your content. Leave any month and the site leaves with you, working.

Deal 03

A site alone rings nothing

A website without traffic is a brochure in a drawer. It ships wired into the ads, the SEO, and the tracking, because the system is the product.

What every build includes

Custom, not a theme with your logo on it.

Template mills swap your logo into the same site they sold the last roofer. Every Bear North build starts from your market, your brand, and the jobs you want more of.

01

Designed for your market

Your brand, your photos, your service area, and a design bar set by tearing down the best contractor sites in the country, not by what a theme allows. The proof, the offers, and the phone number live where a homeowner in a hurry actually looks.

02

WordPress, no hostages

Built on WordPress with clean, editable structure. No proprietary platform, no monthly ransom for your own pages, and any developer on earth can work on it after us.

03

SEO-ready from the start

Service pages, city pages, schema, speed, and clean structure baked in at build time, so the SEO program starts compounding on day one instead of retrofitting for six months.

04

Built to convert

Click-to-call in the first screen, real reviews on every page, financing where the ticket is big, and forms wired into your dispatch. Fast on a phone, because that is where the emergency search happens.

05

Tracked like the asset it is

Call tracking, form attribution, and heat on what visitors actually do, reported on the live dashboard next to your ads and SEO. When a page underperforms, we see it and fix it, because the build is never "done," it is earning or it is being improved.

Home service website design, built for your trade.

The ten section pattern underneath is the same because it works. What changes is the order, the proof, and what the page asks a visitor to do, and that is decided entirely by what you install and who is buying it.

01

HVAC

Two seasons of panic and ten months of quiet. The site has to convert an emergency at 6am and sell a maintenance plan in April.

02

Plumbing

Somebody standing in water does not browse. Tap to call above the fold, a phone number that never scrolls away, and a page that loads on a bad signal in a basement.

03

Roofing

Insurance claims, financing, and a five figure decision made by two people who disagree. The site has to survive being shown to a spouse that evening.

04

Remodeling

People buy the portfolio before they buy the contractor. Photography, project detail, and a gallery that loads fast enough to actually get scrolled.

05

Electrical

Panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and service calls are four different buyers. One homepage cannot speak to all of them, so it should not try.

06

Duluth, MN

Our home market, and the one we can show you in person. Local build, local photography, local search.

07

Superior, WI

Different state, different licensing, different search behavior. Close enough to drive to, far enough to need its own strategy.

08

Auto glass

Mobile service, insurance billing, and a customer who needs to know today whether you come to the driveway or they come to the shop.

09

Garage door

A stuck door is an emergency and a new door is a curb appeal purchase. The site sells a repair in one click and a replacement in a gallery.

10

Eau Claire, WI

Chippewa Valley, a few hours south. A different market from the Twin Ports with its own competitive picture.

If your trade is not listed, that usually means we have built it but have not written the page yet. Ask and we will show you the closest thing in our portfolio.

Depth by plan

A site in every plan. The scale is what changes.

Trailhead ships a custom site for your service area. Timberline grows it to 60+ service pages and 30+ city pages. Polaris builds a custom 75+ page site with multi-market structure. Same standard at every rung.

How the work runs

Straight answers

The questions owners actually ask.

Q.01Seriously, the website is free?

It is included in the monthly plan, the same way the ads management and the SEO are. There is no separate build invoice and no setup fee. We make it back by keeping you as a client, which means the site has to keep earning it.

Q.02I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?

Not automatically. The free audit scores what you have; if it is solid, we build on it. Most inherited contractor sites leak more jobs than their owners think, and the mockup shows you the difference before you decide anything.

Q.03How long does a build take?

The launch-month standard applies: site, campaigns, and tracking live inside 30 days. Bigger multi-market builds phase in waves so the first market never waits on the last one.

Q.04What happens to the site if I cancel?

It is yours and it stays yours: domain, hosting handoff, content, everything. We help you offboard cleanly. The site keeps working; you just stop getting the system behind it.

Q.05Can I edit it myself?

Yes. It is standard WordPress with editable pages, and we will show you where everything lives. Most clients let us handle it, but nothing is locked.

Q.06Will it look like the mockup you send?

The free mockup is the actual design direction for your homepage, built for your brand. If you hire us, we build that, not a downgraded version of it.

What the site reports

Your site tells you what it did.

Call tracking, form attribution, and page-level behavior on the same dashboard as the ads and SEO. A site that cannot prove its work is a brochure.
