2014
Joe starts Advantage Air in Superior
One owner, one truck, and a phone that got answered. The shop on Tower Ave is still the one running dispatch today, which is why Superior is home base rather than a second office.
2021
Botten Plumbing joins forces with us
The single biggest change to what we can do. Six plumbers on staff came with it, plus septic and holding tank capability that most heating companies will not touch. From that point one call could cover the whole house instead of just the furnace.
Now
Two shops, both sides of the bridge
Superior on Tower Ave and Duluth on Matterhorn Drive, dispatching separately so a no-heat call up the hill is not waiting on a truck crossing from Wisconsin. Over 5,000 Twin Ports customers since the start, and the owner still runs the schedule.
