What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site or call us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your city or service address, and whatever you tell us about the problem or the work you want done.
Like most websites, our web host and any analytics we use may also record standard technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visited, and the general region you connected from.
What we use it for
To contact you about your request, schedule and perform the work, invoice you for it, and follow up afterward. If you become a customer we may also contact you about maintenance that is due or about service you have asked us about.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it with anyone who is not helping us serve you, such as a financing partner you have asked us about, or a supplier tied to your specific job.
- We do not call people who have not contacted us or been referred to us with their agreement.
Financing applications
If you apply for financing, that application goes to the lender, not to us. GreenSky and Optimus handle their own applications, approvals, and the personal and financial information involved, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how people find and use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your service request. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the office and ask, or use the contact page. We will tell you plainly what we can and cannot remove, since some records tied to completed work and invoicing have to be kept.
